I’m very grateful to have this practice in our community. I’ll admit that it took awhile for me to get established as a patient, but they’ve been great to work with for both my husband and I. We’ve been able to get same-day appointments for concerns and I don’t think I’ve had a single bad experience with their staff or clinicians.
If I could give zero stars I would. My step daughter lived with her grandparents for a year. This is where they took her for her appts. Fast forward, we went to court, got my step daughter back and bam, we start getting 2500 bills in the mail in my husband’s name. She had two insurances, tricare won’t pay because they’re out of network.
After years of being a patient here I can say this place has become unprofessional. I had not been to the doctor since before COVID since I hadn’t been sick and to avoid getting sick. However when trying to make an appointment, Jessica at the front let me know I would be considered a new patient after 20 plus years,
Had labs scheduled waited 45 minutes with a parking lot full of old people in the freezing cold and snow only to be told they were closed. Didn’t have the decency or respect to phone lab patients and tell them the were closed. Very unprofessional.
Always heard this was a good place and good docters.people speak highly of dr.murphy.but good luck getting an appt.the woman who suppose to return your call after leaving a message never returned my call after 4 messages in 2 weeks I gave up .that is very unprofessional.
I am sad. Cracker Barrel just lost its appeal in the Sunday dinner war. What has happened? The food is ok and it used to be great. Hubby got the new Southern fried chicken and I chose my standard Sunday homestyle fried chicken. Dry, cold, and unappetizing chicken and the sides were worse. The sides were my go-to. I am sad.
Not very professional say one thing one day and then say something different, all while claiming that the previous was never said. Not even worthy of animal care.
